We certainly do offer any service that comes in the domain of content and copywriting and constantly try to challenge our skills by taking on unique and interesting content projects. Therefore if you have a particular content requirement that may not be part of our listed services, do get in touch with us and we will definitely have a go at it.
Q.How to initiate the process?
The first step is to get in touch with us and then we will understand your content requirements and the expectations you may have from us. We then research, study and develop a sample draft to seek an approval for both the tone and style of writing. We base this as our template to formulate the content on the same lines for the rest of the project. A thorough quality check is conducted before submitting the project for approval and feedback. Changes are accordingly made to the content and on final approval, the project comes to a closure.
Payment
Q.How do you charge?
Since we offer customized based content solutions, therefore there is no fixed method to calculate the charges. We base the charges on the complete understanding of the project and we would request you to get in touch with us.
Q.What is the payment process?
Our payment process is subjective to the content requirements and duration of a particular project. Broadly we try and follow the policy of charging an advance payment of 35% followed by another 35% at the completion of 75% of the work and the final 30% has to be paid at the completion of the project.

Q.What if content is not written according to my requirements?
We always take steps to completely understand and comprehend your content requirements in order to develop excellent content. Keeping this in mind, we initially write a sample piece to get your approval and then only proceed with the complete project. If the sample does not match your requirements, we are open to making any changes or alterations.
Q.Do you prefer to correspond through phone or email when providing the requirements?
We believe in transparency and clarity and therefore request all our clients to provide us any information through the mail. This would clearly help us in understanding and formulating content as per your requirement and understanding.
